We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We left the location. It was quiet away from all the business. Great shopping. Just ride around the block about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the old town. The rooms were quirky but big and spacious. We had big windows we could open for ventilation. AC does not seem to work as was our experience at every hotel throughout Germany. I would recommend this place.

Loved this hotel and the staff were wonderful. We were welcomed with a glass of wine on arrival and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nice location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a few minutes walk into the centre of beautiful Bamberg. Would definitely recommend it and we will be back for another visit.

Everything about our stay was great. Area is close to the main bus station and walkable to all areas of interest, restaurants and shops. Around a 20 min walk from the train station, but catching a 901 bus around the corner is easy to get there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to a Rewe grocery store as well. Good value hotel in a great location . Staff very helpful, particularly the young guy on reception. Car park in hotel but I would advise checking first on how to find it as not straightforward
