When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. “This hotel/ resort was listed as on the beach ..it was on a mountain side. The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. Stayed for 15 days only because it was booked and no one else had rooms available. Had to walk down the mountain and...
