Shower/tub/ shower curtains were not clean and the hallways in my building had trash bags up and down them and smelled of cigarette and cats the whole weekend I was there. The room furnishing are dated. It was very noisy I could hear children running around above me. Also yelling in the hall and children crying. Doors banging till 2 am in the morning.
