We had a great stay at this hotel while in town for the BTS concert. The location was very convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the rates were noticeably higher because of the BTS concert but, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and in a safe location. The garage under the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. The front desk workers were polite and asked if they could make any recommendations for our stay. Our only complaints- We had called for a fan for the room which they said they had and it was never delivered. I would recommend having more than one bartender at night after ball games as we were waiting for over 15 minutes to get service and decided to go somewhere else. Other than that it is a nice hotel in a great location.
