The key card issued to me at check in wasn’t working after I climbed to the third floor, had to carry all my stuff back down to the lobby and up again to wait for someone to come assist me. But the overall experience was good.

The staff was courteous but the hotel itself is in poor condition. The parking lot was not cleared of the snow and it was dangerous to manuever. The hot water in the shower never became hot and after 10 minuted of runming we could only get it to luke warm. There were people smoking things despite the signs stating No Smoking. The staff was accommodating but they had no control of a poorly maintained facility.

RedRoof has lost its touch. Been a member since 2017 to now. Front Desk staff is courteous. A strong stench of Marijuana hits you once you hit the elevators and escorts you to your room. Not everybody smokes or likes Marijuana. I felt nauseous half of the stay from the marijuana stench. I also advice you use the hotspot on your phone for your laptop or iPad - just to be safe
