The staff was great and the location was convenient but I didn’t like how anyone could get on the elevator, we got followed on the elevator and that same man was knocking on our door at 4am.

Staff were awesome to work with. Room was great, amenities were awesome. Only thing, it said that our rooms would be addressed daily. No one ever came to our room. Our garbage was out of control, and we had to ask for towels, wash cloths and toilet paper. The bed linens aren’t a big deal, but I guess I just wouldn’t advertise it if the rooms won’t be tended to. Shout out to Maddy, he was awesome as was the rest of the staff!! We genuinely enjoyed the stay overall. :) thank you!!!

Elevators were down when we stayed. Although originally we were booked a room on the 5th floor, front desk was able to get us a room on the 4th floor…one less flight of stairs to go up and down. With two kids, one being 14 months old, it was a lot to go up and down the stairs. Other than that everything else was ok
