LaToya checked us in and greeted us with a smile and was very helpful with all of our requests! A shout out to our shuttle driver too! This is a great hotel with outstanding customer service. Im currently at the front desk calling the police because someone keeps knocking on my kids door and running away same thing happening to another customer. When asked the front desk employee for advice he got offended and asked the same question a few times ,telling us to leave and he will not charge us
