A Fantastic Stay! The hotel is perfectly located with plenty of walkable interests or things that are easy to get to. The staff was incredibly helping. And the Poet, bar and restaurant, was the perfect way to start or end the day, if you wanted.

We arrived early. Anthony tried to find us a room upon our arrival but nothing was available. Since we needed to catch the 1:00 pm train to Washington DC , he got our baggage in storage and said that he would call when the a room was available. Anthony did call to let me know that our room was ready for us when we arrived back . We got back to the hotel around 11:30 pm. We were checked-in and luggage retrieved in a matter of minutes.

Enjoyed stay at hotel Indigo Baltimore. Staff was accommodating and restaurant on premises was a plus. Carpets however in hallway should be replaced and onsite pool would have been great.

The room and hotel were clean and relaxing. Stepping through the doors and into the hotel was zen like compared to the hectic city outside. You almost forget there's a 3 lane street right out front. The EV charger and parking is in the deck across the street which oddly enough was cleaner than the sidewalk. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. The only thing we missed in the room was a microwave.

A nicely designed hotel which made use of an historic building. It’s very convenient to parking and walkable to many places in the Washington Heights area. The staff was great and the restaurant was a big step above most hotel restaurants.

The property was clean, and the staff was great. Fast check-in. I liked the added on breakfast feature. You can go down to the restaurant/bar area and order off the menu; you just pay tax and tip. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. You could valet for $45 a day or park next door in the parking garage for $15 a day to be paid when you leave. We arrived Thursday night and left Sunday morning. Left with the car twice and paid $ 45 in total.

I really appreciate the fact that it was a 24 hour hotel, because the train I took to Baltimore was extremely late. Staff was very helpful and I was able to head to bed right away.

Our stay was short, but knowing that we could come back to a quaint, clean, and welcoming atmosphere made returning “home” both nights something to look forward to. The bar is very unique and the food was delicious- all more than reasonably priced too. Would definitely stay here when in town again!

This was a fabulous hotel. Very updated and the employees were outstanding. Our room was huge and the bed was so good I slept in 2 hours past my normal wake up. And Jameson was a great bartender. We ate most of our meals there because they were better than the other places we tried. I don’t know why it’s rated as a 3 star when it’s close to or is a 5 star.

Very nice hotel! The area is not the best, but overall it’s a beautiful view from the window, the staff was kind, the parking situation if iffy but not bad. Clean hotel but i will say there was no microwave, That was the only bad thing about it.
