I liked the convenience of the stores in the area. The hotel pool was a plus but was a bit crowded with kids. I wish the bed was more comfortable as I have stayed in many Hampton hotels and the best part is always the bed this time it was uncomfortable. Also the booking said 2 queen beds and I feel the beds were full size. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean . I definitely would stay here again.

Staff was nice when I called them to let them know I would be 30 minutes late to check in. When I arrived they were really nice. The space was really nice and the room too was nice and clean. I would say I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would come back again if another concert were to happen. I came here because I came for the bts concert! Thank you staff members! :)

Every thing is great great and more great the only thing I felt could and should be better is the actual water in the pool the water was very cloudy very very cloudy it has to be purified more often but other than that it was a fantastic stay and it is near everything and I mean everything supermarket the mall macys Nordstrom etc. a lot of restaurants in the area and even a smoke shop around the corner and everything is walking distance everything we didn’t drive at all.
