This was a scam the police in the lobby said this the second time someone got scammed and sent to their apartment complex believing that the reservation was real. I text the number some lady says she busy can she call me back .. in which I said your scamming and this was on thanksgiving at that

We got our booking confirmed but never got lock box access or instructions nor replies for text messages and telephone number never worked even weekdays. We had to find different place to stay for convention period. So we never checked in and looks like it was not charged but it was extremely inconvenient and stressful. I don’t know why they list at all if they don’t have service to offer

I arrived. And they were not even there to give me the key. On my instructions for check in it was from 3p-4:30a. The guy only texted me. After I told him I was highly upset he told me I could just leave. There was suppose to be a lock box there. There was nothing. All liars. And now Expedia is saying they cannot get me my money back.
