The check-in staff & breakfast staff were excellent. The facility needs updating. The cleaning staff did a POOR job with cleaning our rooms and there were plates of old food sitting by the elevator for over 24 hours. I am glad we packed out own towels, because all the towels had hair on them

I'm giving this place a five-star because of the open bar but they really need to fix these damn elevators it's a nightmare every year and the hotel was quite slippery with all the kids going in and out of pools it was a bit of chaos but the staff is wonderful
