Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. I’m not usually a “chain hotel” fan, but the bed, pillows, quiet atmosphere, and staff has made me a DoubleTree fan if other locations are this clean and well-staffed.

Breakfast was definitely not worth paying 20$. Tried the brisket sliders which for an appetizer while having a drink. Brisket was dry and not worth the money drink was very stiff. However the staff definitely makes up for it. They were friendly and attentive.
