Péssima acomodação.

Lamentável entregar ao hospede uma suite com espelho quebrado, banheira pior que de borracheiro, assento sanitário não condizente com a bacia e tubulação de água aparente pelo chão do banheiro. O pior, a reserva foi feita para família, contendo criança. Além de teto com mancha de vazamento do piso superior e rolos de papel higiênico com sinais de sujeira. Ao solicitar troca fui atendido, mas o "migué" fica ai para os que aceitarem. Não retornarei nem de graça e pensarei 2x ao fazer reserva através do hotels.com. Fotos estão disponíveis, porém o aplicativo não está carregando-as.

Hotel de excelente qualidade, todos recepcionistas foram gentis e cordiais. Serviço de café da manhã perfeito. Um dos melhores hotéis que fiquei. Recomendo e sempre darei preferência para esse hotel nas minhas viagens à Balneário Camboriú.

O hotel é bem localizado, porém existem pontos que precisa melhorar, elevador não sobe até o 5° andar, portanto quem se hospedar no 5° andar do prédio terá que descer no quarto e subir dois lances de escada, sem ajuda de funcionários. Precisaria ter um espaço kids para criança e um espaço que possibilite fazer uma mamadeira para bebê com pia e filtro. No hotel existe microondas e chaleira elétrica porém não dispõe de pia, filtro e sabão , esponja para higiene. Janelas dos quartos abrem toda e ainda ficam a cima das camas e não conta com nenhum dispositivo de segurança então para quem tem filhos de 2 e 4 anos como eu não é seguro. Estacionamento é cobrado a parte.

Razoável guarda roupa, tinha que estar fixado na parede ou apertar os parafusos, toda vez que colocava roupa no cabide, ficava balançando guarda roupa. Melhoria, ajustar horário de limpeza dos quartos, não somente na parte da tarde, poderia ser também na parte da manhã. Muito bom no atendimento ao cliente em todos os setores, colaboradores muito atenciosos e prestativos.
