“The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. “Hotel muy nuevo, la habitación grande y muy buen estado. Decoración muy cuidada. Baño muy bien. Cocina completa, con nevera grande, vitrocerámica, horno, material para cocinar y vajilla para cuatro. Me sobraron todas las bebidas y snacks a precios excesivos que se incluyen en la nevera. Parking pagado a parte, unos 30 AU$ por día. Zona tranquila, se puede ir a zonas más céntricas pero caminando un poco. ”

“Good service, good attention, 5 minutes walk from the city. We are really happy with the stay in the Punthill. On the negative side, I'd say the elevator. It needs to be changed, it's very slow. As an improvement, I would say that on New Year's Day, the staff should have made a BBQ, under reservation and payment, to celebrate with the customers. It would have been a lot of fun. We're going back to this hotel. Thank you for all.”
