Clean room and common areas. Good breakfast. Quiet room even though by busy road. Air con loud. Lounge had board games but the ones we looked at were old broken and incomplete. Good for a stopover. Didn’t use the small pool but looked fine for a dip.

Great value per price and location

Great staying, the bed was a very good size and the location also perfect for who is travelling by car. The hotel was very clean and the decoration was nice.

Nice hotel, good layout with parking and easy access to the hotel on the outskirts of Tour, the front of house staff were very friendly and efficient, nice entrance with a bar and restaurant and breakfast area, the hotel seems to be new and in very good condition, the rooms were excellent with a good layout, very comfortable bed, nice shower basin and WC, especially liked the mini kitchen, fridge, sink, microwave, kitchen utensils, was excellent to prepare a snack.

very small rooms; only one chair for 2 people. minuscule bedside tables, no kettle, no tissues. Only one towel rail for 2 people. Good shower. Breakfast OK but not great and staff had to be reminded to replenish. Location in an industrial park, so the very limited reheated dining options were a negative. The recommended !restaurant (flyers in lobby) was closed for refurbishment! we wouldn't choose Kyriad chain again.

The Noise from the Nightclub across the road was too much...from midnight to 6am!!! All we could hear was the thump of the base music and at closing time everyone shouting and screaming. Its not the Hotel's fault, the staff and hotel itself are excellent, but be warned the nightclub will disturb your sleep if you're on the wrong side of the Hotel

Awful stay - nightclub next door / noise all night

There is a large nightclub adjacent to the property, we were allocated a room at the end where the nightclub was even though the hotel was clearly not busy. We were kept awake most of the night by the thudding music and people shouting. We’ve sent x2 messages to the hotel about our stay with no response - appalling service and hotel. Stay clear

Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner dans une salle propre et vite débarrassée . L'hôtel est bien entretenu dans chacune de ses parties et les réceptionnistes sont accueillants

La réservation sur Internet prévoyait deux adultes un enfant mais l’hôtel n’a pas intégré cette demande et a exigé un supplément de 30€ pour accueillir l’enfant en chambre communicante. La piscine a été annoncé le jour même comme indisponible, le ménage laissait à désirer dans la chambre dans les toilettes et parterre dans la salle à manger… Les chambres sont mal isolées sur le plan phonique. enfin l’hôtel est installé à côté d’un restaurant qui fait régulièrement des soirées dansantes jusqu’à 4h du matin et les chambres donnent sur cette nuisance sans que l’on en soit informé. Quand le lendemain nous avons fait une remarque, on nous a dit la prochaine fois on vous installera de l’autre côté. Il n’y aura pas de prochaine fois.

Chambre réservée par telephone tardivement. Un peu surprise par la configuration de la chambre qui n'avait pas de porte entre la salke de bain et la chambre, alors que nous avions jne chambre avec 2 lits ( si on choisit 2 lits, cest que l'intimité ne va pas jusque la)
