Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine gefehlt und der Schalter des Rollladens war kaputt. Das Frühstück für 17 EUR war eine Frechheit. Das Buffet war etwa 1,50 m lang und total lieblos angerichtet. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Balgstädt und bin öfter dort, aber hier sieht man mich sicher nicht wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es fehlt leider, um den Hoteleingang im Dunkeln zu erreichen, für die Hotelgäste eine Außenbeleuchtung (Bwegungsmelder).

Das Zimmer 1 hat ein sehr bequemes Bett, das Bad wirkte sehr neu. Der Check-In lief problemlos. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber, schöne Spaziermöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft. Fliegengitter und elektrischer Rollo am Fenster. Gerne wieder.

Beste Lage, tolles Personal, schöne Zimmer

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist toll gelegen und das Café sowie die Kaffeerösterei sind wunderbar gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich (Bestnote!) und auch unser Zimmer hat uns bestens gefallen. Das Wasserbett schlief sich super, das Bad war modern. Wir wollen in jedem Fall im Sommer noch einmal wiederkommen. Danke an Alle!
