“The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient.
I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time.
Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20...

“Excellent facility and staff. Facility is well maintained, clean, and exactly as advertised on Expedia. Staff was extremely helpful and detailed, to include security fetching transportation and stopping traffic for entering and exiting vehicles at the hotel.
