Very large and close to gaslamp district. Property was clean. You do have to pay for parking, even self parking

Location was a benefit. Temp in the room was unpredictable.

this property is well located. Room Service menu is weak. the room, whhile nice, it's becoming "dog Eared" frayed carpet, chips on the furniture. The maintenance team could be helpful on this minor repairs.

The property is going through renovations so that is why I did not rate as excellent and had knowledge of this before booking. The current building I stayed at was great, rooms are renovated and great at the price booked.

This hotel is in an old bank and the building architecture is gorgeous-definitely the nicest ‘Courtyard’ brand hotel I have stayed in. I wish the fitness center was a little bigger. Every time I attempted to use it, there were no machines available.
