I am well traveled having been to over 25 countries and countless hotels & Spas. Vinifera is without a doubt one of the best “Boutique” Spa hotels I have been to. Facilities are fully updated. Construction of hotel appointments are top notch. There must be at least 12 pools and hot tubs, great spa, and every kind of therapeutic room you can think of from sauna, to steam, to snow and ice. Restaurant is fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to lake Balaton with beautiful grounds and views. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel spa facilities & breakfast. No shorts or swim wear in sauna area but you get a sheet to wrap up with. 10 mins walk to nearest restaurants & promenade to center. Rooms are clean and comfortable, no ironing utensils in room.

Hotel Vinifera Wine & Spa is truly exceptional. The service and facilities were fantastic, making for a memorable stay. The restaurant exceeded expectations with excellent food and a variety of choices. Breakfast was a highlight, starting the day with bubbles and enjoying traditional, yet exceptionally good, food. The spa and pools were fantastic, providing the perfect relaxation. Highly recommended!

There may have been a shortage of cleaning staff but our room was not cleaned at all one day, despite us telling reception a couple of times that housekeeping had never been in. No explanation, there was a verbal apology but that was it. Not what you expect at a 5• hotel! Generally seemed more like 4• than 5• in terms of level of service.

Points positifs Un hôtel neuf et moderne doté d'installations complètes (spa, salle de sport, wine bar). Petit-déjeuner excellent et extrêmement varié. Points "moins positifs" La dégustation de vins avec un sommelier incluse dans le prix de notre hébergement (nous avions réservé deux chambres pour deux adultes et deux enfants) n'a pas eu lieu, et l'on ne nous a pas non plus proposé de service de remplacement. Dans l'une des chambres, l'eau offerte gracieusement manquait. Cela aurait été appréciable, car j'étais avec ma femme et mes enfants après près de sept heures de route sous une chaleur de 37 degrés. Heureusement, nous avions de l'eau provenant du minibar. Le sac pour effets personnels (destiné pour aller à la piscine) fourni par l'hôtel était sale (taché) et n'a pas été remplacé, bien que je l'aie signalé à la réception. La carte du déjeuner était très limitée (2 soupes, 1 salade, pizza, 2 sortes de burgers ou de sandwichs et un blanc de poulet grillé). Pour le dîner, vous êtes obligé de prendre une formule imposée comprenant un buffet avec de nombreuses entrées, un plat principal et un dessert au choix. Il est impossible de commander seulement un ou deux plats, ou juste un dessert, ce qui est frustrant. On finit par aller manger dans un restaurant à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Heureusement, il y a d'excellentes options à proximité. J'ai voyagé dans toute l'Europe et séjourné dans des hôtels moins étoilés qui présentaient bien moins d'aspects négatifs — voire aucun.

Schönes, elegantes und neuwertiges Hotel. Wir wurden mit einem Welcomedrink erwartet. Das Essen war super, wirklich 5*. Die Pizza einer der besten die ich jemals gegessen habe. Das Zimmer war auch sehr geräumig. Jeden Tag gibt es gratis Weinverkostung.
