Gorgeous hotel! We stayed for one night, friendly staff and lovely room which was clean. Hotel bar and restaurant lovely and breakfast very good. Not too far from Bakewell, we had a walk in and called at Thornbridge brewery on the way. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, lovely character to the building and very friendly & helpful staff. Restaurant is very good value. The only thing that would have improved the stay would be to offer a continental buffet for the Breakfast as well as a hot option.

Fantastic hotel! We would definitely stay here again. The staff were lovely, and the food was excellent. Our room was warm and comfortable with everything we needed - a few cobwebs and a dusty vase lost them a star on cleanliness. Overall though, we loved it and would highly recommend!

What a little gem The Ashford Arms was. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Dining was a pleasure with an interesting menu and the food was fantastic. At breakfast the menu was also very nice and varied and the full breakfast excellent. Good location for visiting Chatsworth, Bakewell etc would definitely recommend a stay.

Devonshire suite was amazing. The entrance into the room felt so welcoming with the radio playing and the welcome note with chocolates left on the table was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we both slept very well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was pretty good there too.
