This was the second time we've stayed at a National 9 Inn. And again, we were very pleased. Our room was large and clean, nice and quiet. The beds were very comfortable! The man at the desk was super nice and hospitable. The parking lot could use a little work, but all and all, it was a great stay for the price!

Comfortable bed. Clean. But definitely older and well used. Price was competitive and reasonable but shower and sink were dirty and stained.

Check-in was easy. The hotel was almost empty. The man at the desk was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. There was a minimal amount of amenities - small packets of shampoo and soap. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were a bit old. I would probably not stay there again.

My partner and I have stayed here quite a bit as we are building a property about 60 miles out and sometimes need an affordable place to stay out of the heat. This is a safe, welcoming and restful place to catch some zzzz's if you are traveling through. The beds are comfy and the pool is a quick respite from the heat. What really stands this place apart from the chains nearby is the kindness of the staff and how willing they are to be helpful.

I’ve stayed at this location a minimum of six times over the last two years. I’ve generally been pretty happy with my accommodations. I was a little less so with my last stay. The mattress in this room was very thin, almost like from a sofa sleeper, and made sleeping more difficult. I could not get the air conditioning to work, but they did send up a man immediately, and he proceeded to get it working in short order. Their Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded. My laptop kept freezing up and losing the connection. Lastly, I don’t know if they advertise a continental breakfast, but it isn’t much. Dry cereal, cookies, bagels and energy bars, but they do have a Keurig coffee machine. You don’t have a lot of choice in this area. You can’t expect the Four Seasons in this area or at this price.

For the Price, an outstanding bargain. We have stayed at other motels in Buttonwillow on our way up and down the 5, but National 9 Inn was the best so far. Extremely kind young lady checked us in. She asked me the right questions. Do I want upstairs or first floor? Do I want one bed or 2 beds? I didn't need to sign 5 sheets of paper, she handed me my key, and that was it. Room was clean and had an extremely long desk and a 50 inch TV with many channels. Also pets are free and free WiFI and ice available 24 hours. All in all, a great night's sleep in an excellent facility.
