This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It has a pleasant and eco-friendly environment, a beautiful garden, and convenient parking. Awesome, friendly staff at the desk. 24-hour coffee. Sweet pool with covered seating areas. Best of all there was always great music playing in the lobby: Reggae, Reggaeton, Manu Chao, etc. Just dope Latin/World music 24/7, also pumped through speakers out at the pool. Just solid vibes throughout.

We had an amazing time. The customer service was amazing and front desk Juan was very kind and made sure we were all attended and taking care of. The only problem was the lights of the Jacuzzi they could not turn them on, but they did try. Overall our experience at the hourglass was excellent as always.

I don’t think there is a high in property to stay at in town. All hotels are gathered in a common spot. The property could be updated, but the huys at front desk are fantastic. Way better service than a high in facility.
