The staff here are friendly and helpful. The recently remodeled room was very nice and well done. Parking is plentiful and within sight of my room. I would definitely stay here again.

Both the outer bedding and sheets were stained making me feel uncomfortable. We asked for a replacement and were given a clean sheet. The furniture in the room was stained as well. The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors full conversation and music. It was almost as if we were in the same room as our neighbors.

I make frequent trips to Bakersfield. Having stayed at many downtown Bakersfield hotels, this is my favorite. It's quiet and very clean. Parking is safe and convenient. Staff members are helpful and really look out for the customers.

My family had a pleasant stay with our pup. The room was clean and the property was nice with many trees, 2 swimming pool options (indoor and outdoor), friendly and accommodating staff, and a restaurant on the property with a great breakfast and lunch/dinner options. We had a little problem at check in, but it was quickly fixed. We loved our room and the amenities. One of our favorite moments was the coffee service in the lobby. It was self-serve, but clean, fast, and no lines! The staff was very nice and helpful.
