Non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Air conditioner didn't work. Front desk staff were friendly and fast during check-in and check-out.

It was convenient to where I needed to be. The room smell as if it was closed for months. I was locked out of my room. The key didn't work even for the manager. I had to change rooms. Walls and carpet was filthy. I didn't want to touch anything. It was very uncomfortable. The staff was so helpful. The staff was the best part of my stay. I would never stay again, unless it is renovated. It just need to be painted carpet change and bedding thrown out!!! Just my observation 😌
