Our air conditioner did not work the entire time we called maintenance twice front desk multiple times and had someone come up and told us it was fixed. It was close to 80 the entire trip when we were there five nights they did comp us resort fees at the end. We even paid for an upgraded room. Definitely could have moved us or fixed the problem.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable! The bathroom was a nice size. The pool is the best part! loud music, 21+.. Highly recommend

Loved our stay

Does not accommodate early check ins or else you pay extra $56.00. But don’t have enough staff to handle the check in at 3 pm. Line is too long.
