Such an incredible Boutique Hotel, perfectly located for the town visiting. The decor was fabulous, the mattress was the most comfortable, the water was hot and the pressure was excellent. Love that this is a woman owned business!!

Staff was very helpful and a great location to the shops, trendy restaurants and microbreweries. Lots of stairs with a confusing layout and design. Not a good location for low mobility patrons. Hallways are dark and stairs to the second floor were steep.

The room was a good size to accommodate 2 people. Bathroom was upgraded, shower was very nice and the flooring in the room was updated throughout. Great location in the centre of the city. However: 1) the air conditioner worked poorly. It came on intermittently even at its lowest setting (61F) and it was very noisy when it did come on which made it difficult to have a good night sleep. 2) The bed frame in the room is too high up from the floor. Recommend that a lower bed frame be installed as well as a more comfortably mattress, 3) It would have been a bonus if the windows could be left open during the night for fresh air, however there were no screens on the windows.

The service was good. There should have been more facilities operating. As we observed the bar was unattended and no dining room staff in sight although there was a food truck outside. the bed was small, lumpy and difficult to sleep with two large people.The route to the room was circutious and difficult.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing two night stay at Maison Otis. Our very clean room had a king size bed, was very spacious and well appointed. In just a few steps we were outside the hotel to the main downtown area, which has many shops, art galleries and a wide variety of dining options. The location couldn't be any more convenient! We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant at the hotel as well. Parking was also very convenient, with our car just outside the rear entrance of the building. The manager Guylaine is a very sweet kind lady who spent a considerable amount of time making sure that we were informed of what local attractions, including a tourist information centre were available to us. We highly recommend Maison Otis and would not hesitate to return!

What a find! We booked last minute and couldn't have been happier with our experience. This boutique hotel is a beautifully renovated building in the centre of Bais St Paul. Our room was large, with an anti-room, plenty of different seating options, included a very comfortable king-size bed, and gorgeous art on the walls. The included continental breakfast was perfect. Honestly, this hotel has spoiled us for future stays elsewhere. Definitely worth booking.

A very nice old house

We had a small room and only one chair for the two of us. The place had been nicely decorated but with some flaws. A very large bathroom with no counter. There is a place where a table could be put so that guests can put their wash bags, etc. No desk either. But perfect location. Close to so many art galleries, restaurants, main streets.

AIR B AND B NOT a HOTEL!!!

This is an air B and B NOT a hotel. There is no reception and the only staff is the cleaning staff (they are quite friendly) there is no elevator so you have to carry heavy bags up notoriously high stairs to the second floor if you are staying in a suite. There are no phones in the room so you cannot call for room service or other services. The room was clean and very well cared for
