“At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. “Wunderbare Lage, zwar nicht direkt am Strand aber alle schönen Strände auf Praslin sehr gut mit dem Auto und Take Aways und Food Shops auch fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Absgeschlossene, schön gepflegte Anlage mit sauberem Pool, regelmäßiger sorgfältiger Zimmerservice, sehr herzliches Personal und schönes Frühstück.”

“Tuvimos un apartamento de 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, y muy muy limpio. El desayuno muy abundante con fruta, yogures, huevos o tortillas, zumo, etc. Lo mejor de todas formas y por eso se merece un 10 es Nora, la manager, que nos ayudó muchísimo con una infección alimentaria de nuestra hija. Persona cercana y con valores, y preocupada para que tuviéramos una buena estancia.”

“This was a spacious apartment that felt modern and was very clean. Management was really helpful. Nothing to complain about. Maybe the only thing would be that the bed was a little hard and had no cover. There are two supermarkets very close, one just across the street. Just a 5 minute walk to a small beach and the Castello hotel. Management explained to us how we could easily reach both Anse Georgette (you need to be on a list) and Anse Lazio.”
