Vacations Close To Caracas Bay

Nice place. Quiet and friendly staff. Safe environment.

This experience has been the best one of all my trips ever . Everything was excellent. Thanks you Zoetric, Curacao.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. I was there for a wedding so definitely did not want to be too difficult and just wanted to past the time. My idea was to double this as a much needed vacation since I was going to be here but that is not what happened. From the first night of the mold/leak marks in the bathroom the peeling stained tub, complaining and quickly realizing the manages i believe his name to be Victor was not interested in resolving this I gave up home. I requested a room change. but was told that was not possible. They painted over the blacks spots in the ceiling which made it worse because now in addition to w.e the black stuff was, (mold) now i'm ingesting paint fumes. After I complained agin, they changed the panels in the room. No one swept the debris off the floor that changing the panel brought and the manager never checked back in. The phone was not working the room so I couldn't call down. anything I needed something I had to go down. You do not get the warm fuzzy feeling from staff that you usually get at resorts. There were some friendly staff but they were the minority which is not common. I was very disappointed with my stay. I was sharing my woes with a couple that was there and also had many complaints, they had booked through a travel agent and once their travel agent sent a message the hotel magically found a new room for them with an upgrade. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until they completely get it together.

The staff was very helpful and friendly

Such a charming, colorful place! Everything is very clean and well kept, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is a major highlight, making it a convenient base for exploring and enjoying the area. What truly makes this place special, though, is the amazing staff. They are friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, making you feel welcome and well taken care of. A wonderful choice for anyone looking for a great location, a lovely setting, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommend!

We were a party of seven and booked two rooms for our stay. Both rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Each room was equipped with a full kitchen, refrigerator, a nice living room, and a private balcony with a table and chairs, which was perfect for relaxing. The resort has an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch until 2 PM. There is also a small convenience store on the property that carries just about everything you might need, including snacks, drinks, medications, beach essentials, alcoholic beverages, and other necessities. This was definitely a plus! The location is another great feature. The resort is within walking distance of the beach. You can enjoy the beach facilities at the hotel across the street for a fee, or you can visit Mambo Beach. The resort provides guests with a wristband that allows free beach access, which would otherwise cost $5 USD per person. Overall, we had a wonderful experience! The spacious accommodations, convenient amenities, and easy beach access made our stay very enjoyable. This is a great option for families or larger groups looking for comfort and convenience.
