Good location, great food, fantastic staff.

The hotel is centrally located with close proximity to most attractions. We loved the staff and food at the breakfast cafe. You are walking distance to a plethora of eateries and a few blocks from the mall.

accommodation has a very good location but sound proofing should have been in placed during construction so customers can rest comfortably free from the traffic policeman's whistle sounds and the hustle and bustle of cars and people at the nearby streets.. There are no kettles cups, hungers and extra pillows provided. Body itchiness and insect bites noticed upon lying on beds. Strong toxic smell (suspect inecticide spray ) and sticky floors noticed upon entering our rooms for the first time.. Soap scums on taps( not sparkling clean) sinks and bathroom. . Need at least 2 chairs in twin bed rooms. Entrance to hotel is not very convenient. customers especially disabled or the elderly are forced to hastely maneuver through the busy Mabini St. and the sidewalk steps with their heavy luggages.Not very safe

Good location and professional staff. But no hand towels, or face cloths. Pricey for a very basic room. WIFI signal was very weak and intermittent. This was not a new issue as I spoke with a guest management choose not to correct this

There was no parking area, the descent from the road to the hotel was steep, the room stinks and was in dire need of cleaning. The area of the hotel looks dangerous. When we arrived & saw the situation, we immediately decided not to proceed w/ our reservation and went to another hotel. So dissapointed.

本当にロケーションは最高です。町のメイン通りに面しており、バキオの活気を感じられる場所にあり、どこへ行くにもとても便利です。バスターミナルも徒歩圏内にあり、時間に追われる様な事もないと思います。最終日には荷物を夜まで預かってくれて観光して帰るのに大変助かりました。ただ、部屋には冷蔵庫がなく少し不便さは感じられました。あとセキュリティボックスがないので気になる方にはどうかなと思います。朝食は併設のカフェで食べるのですが、テラスからはメイン通りが一望でき心地よい朝食でした。

Very professional staff, people oriented and very accommodating. Breakfast is awesome which is included. Location is a 5-minute walk to the Baguio Main Market and ten minutes to the cathedral. It is centrally located to everything - food, pharmacy, shopping, transportation, bus terminal, Burnham Park, shopping, parking. I will take my family back here anytime. For the price this is a steal.

For me City Center is a very good hotel, I booked a room without a breakfast but when I checked-in the staff told me that they will give me free breakfast 😇. The staff were very kind and attentive, the room is clean and overall I had a very good experience with them.
