“This was the worst place I've ever stayed, they had taken all the TVs out of the room they still have the place where they were on the wall TVs were gone. They didn't have Wi-Fi in their rooms though I eventually was able to get the executive Wi-Fi from them and it worked in the room. They had bugs in their room though it was clean it just had bugs. And I didn't stay the second night cuz I was so happy with the place and they told me they would refund my second night and I have not received my...

“Breakfast was amazing, staff was very attentive. Our room had a leaks toilet they were not able to fix and the ceiling light in the shower was half way out of it’s casing. What an amazing resort though! Beach front, private beach with lots of activities onsite. Monkeys are close by. Watch out for your belongings.”

“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . “Wifi was compromised, started receiving scam calls the second i connected to the wifi. The walls were dirty and unclean. The ceiling had cobwebbs with insects and debris inside. The breakfast served was just ordered from the McDonald's next door. The bathroom smelled, and the neighboring unit had really bad case of vomiting very loudly next door. As if thats not all bad enough, they used angle grinders to do remodel during our stay. Dont pay the rate they ask on the site.”
