“I am never booking here again, I've been on better 1 star hotels than this one. I wanted a DECENT hotel after a 24 hour sport event, so I booked this one with 4 stars and the pictures looked good, just looked normal, not over the top and far from the noise of the city. The bathroom is chaotic, the water overflows when taking a shower, the warm water switched to cold every now and then which almost causes me to fall several times. The place was filled with dust and marks. And I don't remember if...

“Comfortable bed, great-designed and well-built room. Great working AC. Staff of different people are very flexible and caring and accommodating. Anything that came up was addressed. Location is great. Kept my things safe for hours after checkout. Amazing and will definitely be very inclined to stay should the location and features match my next visits needs like for this one. “The hotel was clean and even though it was very close to the busy part of the city, it was on a quiet side street. I really didn't use any of the amenities except having a drink at the bar before I called it a day, but the staff there was very helpful. When I needed to check out they were very efficient, and had called a cab for me the day before, so it was there when I needed it.”
