What a lovely stay! We came at New Years and our room faced the town fireworks show. Breakfast was luxurious and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They took excellent care of every detail. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. But…. Our big room with stunning park/casino view wasn’t in good condition . No air conditioning, we couldn’t even open the window because of huge black bugs. Safe in the room was out of order ( probably low battery). Fridge cabinet was empty. Nice hotel but weak management.

Saubere und ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal und guter Lage. Es gab kein WLAN auf den Zimmern, jedoch in der Lobby. Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage war möglich (diese ist allerdings sehr eng und klein, für unseren Wagen hatte es gereicht) Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl war ausreichend. Rundum sehr Hundefreundliches Hotel, zum Frühstück durfte der Vierbeiner jedoch nicht mit. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Alles Top! Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Wir sind viel unterwegs, in allen möglichen Hotels ,mit 3-5 Sterne ... aber noch nie wurden wir so nett empfangen,wie von den Herrn bei der Rezeption . Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist größer als in manchen 4 Stern Hotels . Der Frühstücksraum ist richtig schön zum anschauen. Das zimmer war sehr warm und sauber . Die Betten sind etwas unbequem ,aber das empfindet sich jeder anders.

なぜか快適な滞在だった。

特に何もないが快適だった。冷蔵庫は壊れていたが、飲み物はベランダに出せばすぐに冷えた。部屋に電気湯沸しは無かったがレセプションですぐに貸してくれた。減点するところが見つからない。施設が古いくらいか。

So schön von aussen, dann 80er Look innen, Flecken auf dem Sofa, die Suite ausser gross nicht viel gewesen - die Eigentümer dürfen da mal ein paar Millionen in die Hand nehmen und auf den Stand der Dinge bringen - für ein 3 Sterne ok - aber niemals 4 Sterne

This was a last minute booking (made as we were waiting to board our flight to Vienna) as our previous booking cancelled that day. Check in would have closed, by the time we arrived at the hotel. A staff member got in contact quickly to advise of this fact. A late check in facility was advised / instructions issued, so that everything could go smoothly on arrival. This fast response and great customer service resulted in an enjoyable stay, rather than a very stressful one. I cannot thank them enough.

Hosszú hétvége a Hotel Herzoghof-ban

Nagyon kellemes volt a környezet, mind a szobán belül, mind a szállodában általában. Egyetlen furcsaság talán egy 4*-os szállodában a parketta borítás a szobában. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, közel a városközponthoz, egyben közel a zöldhöz, a Kurpark gyakorlatilag a szálloda mellett kezdődik. A reggeli előtti futáshoz kiváló terepet biztosított. A reggeli bőséges, bár nem túl változatos, cserében kellemes környezetben fogyasztható.
