“This was our first stop on arrival in Sri Lanka and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are wonderful, the food was gorgeous and the setting by the lake was idyllic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have high ceilings and views of the lake. Altogether a great start to our holiday.”

“The bathroom smells strongly of urine. It may look clean, but it smells like old urine, similar to bathrooms at a music festival. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to use the bathroom.
The hotel is very different from the photos. The staff never answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or messages sent through booking platforms. The room is very dirty; the floor is covered in dust and dirt, and it’s clear they only mop without soap.”

“Air conditioning was good in our room. The pool was clean and very refreshing. Breakfast was fresh food and good service from staff. We enjoyed our stay as we arrived very late from a long flight and this hotel is close to the airport. ”
