J'ai pensé réserver une chambre d'hôtel à Madrid alors que l'hôtel se trouvait à 3 h de route . Vu que mon vol retour était pour le 01 mars 2025 sur Paris, je ne pouvais pas m'éloigner. Eu égard à cette situation, j'ai sollicité un remboursement, même en gardant une pénalité ! Rien à faire. J'ai perdu 75 euros dans l'eau.

Very clean nice room big bathroom. Definitely recommend parking on site as street parking is very difficult. Great place to stay.

O pior hotel do mundo.

Depois de ver o quarto e do terrível atendimento decidimos abandonar o hotel. Reservamos um quarto com cama de casal e deram-nos uma cama de corpo e meio e dois beliches. O hotel era sujo e descuidado. A apresentação era péssima e o mau estado do hotel era geral. A funcionária da recepção era arrogante e mal educada. Não havia um responsável do hotel para resolver qualquer tipo de situação. O parque do hotel era pago a um preço absurdamente caro e não tinha espaço para estacionar o carro em condições. Outros carros eram estacionados a bloquear vários veículos pelo que depois de estacionado o carro era necessário chamar outros hóspedes para desviarem os seus veículos. Acabamos por não ficar no hotel a pernoitar e o estabelecimento ainda não fez a devolução do montante pago. A pior experiência possível. Não fiquem neste hotel, fujam deste estabelecimento.

Muy buena situación

Un hotel muy bien situado para pasar una noche y visitar la ciudad, el personal de recepción no pudo ser mas serio, ni una sola sonrisa a la llegada ni a la salida, todo muy poco cercano... Ni un solo plano de la cuidad y muy pocas soluciones para la vista.
