Stunning apartment quiet location. We arrived after 3 our apartment wasnt ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be cleaned . The bedroom has no window or ventilation so it can get really hot esp of weather is warm.

Mussten kurzfristig ein neues Zimmer haben und haben mit Berg&Berg eine Unterkunft gefunden, bei der man auch kurzfristig noch ein Zimmer buchen konnte. Auch als wir Probleme beim Check-in hatten, wurde uns schnell und kompetent geholfen.

Das Hotel war insgesamt für eine Nacht ganz ok. Leider konnten wir unser Zimmer nicht wie versprochen ab 15 Uhr beziehen, sondern mussten fast eine Stunde im Foyer auf die Putzfrau warten. Als wir dann drin waren, haben wir leider noch einiges an Schmutz vom Vorgänger vorgefunden. Insbesondere der Balkon wurde überhaupt gar nicht gereinigt.
