We planned a trip to BollAnts to relax and get away from the busy life. The food was delicious, but 2 of the 3 days we stayed to eat we had to wait extremely long for our food. So long that we skipped desert the last day because we still wanted to enjoy our last sauna evening. The fascilities were plenty, although some things like the outside pool could use more maintenance. The room was big and nice, but we woke up two nights because of dumpster trucks that came right underneath the window, and one time of staff talking loud after their shift late into the night. So...the experience was mixed. Oh, and the first two days were nice and relaxing, but the last day was plagued with screaming children at the outdoor pool and at breakfast. Parents said nothing. Our next hotel for relaxation will be an Adult Only hotel.

Unfähigkeit, Gleichgültigkeit und Chaos wirken hier so konsequent zusammen, dass man fast Respekt haben müsste. Trotz frühzeitigem Hinweis zu Laktoseintoleranz und Sojaallergie wusste die Küche bei Ankunft von nichts und bot sogar Essen auf Sojabasis an. Erst am dritten Tag gab es laktosefreien Joghurt. Reservierte Abendessen‑Tische existierten nicht, die Zimmerkarte musste viermal neu codiert werden, und der „Gartenblick“ war eine Steinmauer. Die abgebrochene Seifenhalterung blieb sechs Tage unrepariert, das angebotene Ersatzzimmer war ein klares Downgrade. Dann stand plötzlich eine Weinflasche für einen fremden Gast in unserem Zimmer – offenbar war es doppelt vergeben. Immerhin versprach man uns, nachts keinen Besucher zu bekommen. Am zweiten Tag stoppte während des Duschens das Wasser komplett; ich musste mich mit Mineralwasser abspülen. Andere Gäste nutzten Hallenbadwasser für die Toilettenspülung. Das „SPA“ bestand aus lauwarmen Saunen, einer kalten 90°‑Sauna und vielen leeren Räumen. Baulärm war allgegenwärtig, inklusive unerwarteten Begegnungen mit Bauarbeitern direkt nach der Sauna. Zwischen Rezeption und Restaurant wurde die Schuld enthusiastisch hin‑ und hergeschoben. Gastfreundschaft? Fehlanzeige. Am Abreisetag gab es einen Wasserschaden mit kleinem Wasserfall aus der Wand. Fazit: Das Hotel wurde viel zu früh geöffnet, die Probleme liegen tief in der Servicekultur. Empfehlung? Auf gar keinen Fall. Man ist hier als Gast unerwünscht!

Das Haus hat Potential, nutzt es aber leider nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, aber leider völlig unprofessionell. Das Haus ist schön, aber leider ungepflegt. Überall sind kleine Mängel zu erkennen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt daher nicht.

Ich würde ein Smartphone Verbot im Saunabereich sehr begrüßen da mehrfach laut telefoniert wurde, es wurden Fotos gemacht oder es klingelten Handys. Das Angebot an Aufgüssen war leider sehe sehr dürftig. Trotz allem kommen wir garantiert wieder da der Gesamteindruck sehr positiv war

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Nahe. Toller Park, fantastisches Spa, sehr gutes Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen), schöne Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haus Hallenberg). An einem Abend hätte es beim Service im Villa Restaurant Luft nach oben gegeben. Die anderen beiden Abende beides im Hermannshof und auch der Villa waren dann aber sehr gut vom Service.

Für ein paat Tage ok. Insgesamt bei den Übernachtungspteisen keine adäquste Gegenleistung. Schwimmbad aussen ist sehr schön, die Liegemöglichkeiten im Park ebenfalls. Das Gastronomieangebot ist einfach grundsätzlich zu teuer. Wer Wellness total möchte, hat hier vielleicht sein Vergnügen. FG ACE aus DN im Mai 4 Tage

Wie immer hervorragend, nur das Frühstücksbuffet hat etwas nachgelassen. Allerdings von überragend zu sehr gut. Man kann den Osaft nicht mehr an der Maschine selbst pressen und es gibt kein Kräuterpesto mehr zum Frühstück, das war immer herausragend lecker.
