I had great emotional release massage. The room was very good. It was just a bit cold - i tried to stop the air condition. I also did yoga in the morning - which is great addition to the stay.

Einrichtung ist top, Lobby, Rooftopbar und auch das Zimmer (s. Fotos). Gratiszugang zur Therme ebenfalls klasse. Zimmer sehr sauber, mit Balkon und groß. Nun zum Aber: mit +300,-€ pro Nacht relativ hochpreisig, dafür darf folgendes nicht passieren: gestapelte (und gewaschene!) Teller beim Frühstück mehrfach schmutzig (s. Fotos), alleine an 3 Tagen mind. 10 oder mehr solcher Teller gesehen. Ein No-Go. Essen (u.a. Erdbeeren) waren 2x nach der Hälfte der Frühstückszeit aus, man wird früh zum hamstern gezwungen, möchte man welche haben. Automatenkaffee höchstens Mittelmaß, auf Nachfrage: es wird kein separater Cappuccino serviert. Personal beim Frühstück überfordert, zwar freundlich, aber es wirkt chaotisch, es fehlt ein Servicechef im Frühstücksraum. Zu guter letzt wollte man uns beim auschecken 3 Tage Tiefgaragenplatz (à 17,- € pro Tag) berechnen, obwohl wir ihn nicht hatten. Parken am Hotel nahezu unmöglich, Tipp: Parkplatz Theresienklinik nutzen, kostenlos 5min zu Fuß zum Hotel.
