A fairly well experience

Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience.

Some rooms only accessable by stairs

Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen Wellnessbereich mit finnischer Sauna, Biosauna, Erdsauna und Dampfbad. Dazu gibt es einen Innenpool mit Grotte und Whirlpool sowie einen Aussenpool. Es sind viele Liegen mit sehr bequemen Auflagen vorhanden. Bademäntel liegen im Zimmer bereit, Handtücher werden auch kostenlos im Zimmer sowie im Wellnessbereich ausgegeben. Das Essen in der urigen Frankenstube war fantastisch, auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von selbstgemachten Müsli, Spiegeleier, Würstchen, Brotaufstrichen, Marmeladen, frischem Obst, Wurst- und Käseaufschnitten bis hin zu diversen Joghurts - hier wird an alles gedacht und man fühlt sich einfach richtig verwöhnt. Unser Zimmer war vom Design her schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr sauber und nicht abgenutzt. Einen Minuspunkt würde ich für die Tiefgarage geben. Die Plätze des gut besuchten Hotels waren bei unserer Ankunft nur noch begrenzt, die Stellflächen sehr eng und auch die Gänge so eng, dass man mit einem großen Auto schon arg ins Schwitzen kommt. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen 👍👍

Das Hotel selbst kann man weiterempfehlen, schon der Wellness und der Aquabereich sind sehr schön und sauber. Negativ zu nennen sind die engen Zufahrten zu den Parktaschen in der Tiefgarage. Die Rundfahrten auf der Parkplatzsuche sind viel zu eng, besonders in den Kurven. Für größere Fahrzeuge (VAN) werden diese schnell zum Problem. Man muss sich meist einen neuen Platz suchen, da der Platz frei wählbar ist. Dieses Problem sollte neu durchdacht werden, da es schon Beschädigungen gab und bereits mehrfach schon kritisiert wurde.

unterkunf sehr zu empehlen. es is schnel (bzw) sehr schnel in der stadt. kleines alle kommt immer. Da wir als Paar war waren haben us mitlere beet brette gestört 😃. Der Fernseh könte auch paar zoll sein.( aber für personen die nur zum schlaff brauchen. allgeemei gebe ich trotzdem volle Punkzahl. weiter söoooooo.

Das Hotel, hat mir im allgemeinen sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich bis auf den Balkon, da lagen noch die Blätter vom letzten Sturm nehme ich an. Vor allem der Wellnessbereich ist hervorragend. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und vielseitig. Vor allem, dass man wählen kann zwischen Buffet und a la carte.

Es war alles sauber im Zimmer, beim Frühstück und im Pool/Sauna Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben bei Fragen geholfen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Ich hatte die günstigste Zimmerkategorie. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Kleiderschrank roch muffig, das Sofa hatte einige Flecken und die Matratze war leicht durchgelegen. Aber für die paar hat es gereicht. Vielleicht sollte man die Parkplätze in der Garage etwas schräg einzeichnen, statt grade. Die heutigen Autos sind nunmal breiter und länger.

Alles extrem in die Jahre gekommen und im Bad auch vergilbt. Fernseher ist kleiner als mein PC Monitor, also keine 27" und das Haus ein großes Labyrinth. Vom Parkhaus über die Flure, verschiedene Frühstücksräume wo man wieder rausgebeten wurde vor allen Leuten, weil das nicht meiner Zimmerkategorie entsprach. Frechheit. Dann Schilder es besser aus. Man muss erst Einchecken, dafür im Halteverbot parken weil die Tiefgarage die Zimmerkarte benötigt. Wie kompliziert kann man es gestalten? Kurz: Die Bewertungen hier kann ich für mein Zimmer in keinster Weise nachvollziehen.
