“Room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Be aware that this is not the mother property and in order to check in and check out, you have to go to a different hotel down the street. There is almost no front desk staff at this location ever. The breakfast (in the mother hotel) is wonderful!”

“Very beautiful, though very crowded place. The hotel has had some renovations and it is very big.Food they serve is fresh, tasty,and wonderful.The staff are pleasant and English speaking! Location is close to attractions and the views are unforgettable. Too much chlorine in the swimming pool to take a plunge. Drinking water is wonderful.Overall-amazing!”

“Wonderful hidden gem. Friendly family run staff. They were patient and helpful with our English speaking questions. They went above and beyond by providing a tour of the property and help navigating the area. From reviews I knew it was a beautiful setting on a hill as with a good breakfast. Additional nice surprises: sitting room with chess board, game room with pool and table tennis, easy access to walking trails, wonder dinner onsite, and a heated pool. “Alles war toll :-) Sehr nettes Team, jede Menge Infos per whatsapp, tolles Frühstück und ich durfte sogar Late-check-out machen. Zimmer supergeräumig und sehr stilvoll und modern. Gerade wird der Wellnessbereich umgebaut, ich komme garantiert im Winter wieder. Danke euch :-) ”

“My brother and I visited Bad Gastein to trail run and do other adventures in the mountains. This a great stay for our priorities. The staff was super helpful, the space felt authentically Austrian alps, and the breakfast was great. They even made us sack lunches on the days we would miss breakfast due to early starts. The only downside is that the hotel is off the main road in and our of Bad Gastein so the direct bus service is limited after about 4pm.”

“The Hotel Post was closed so I was moved to the Hotel Salzburger Hof which is next door and owned by the same Swedish man. The thermal facilities are too not. Pools, saunas, sun decks. My room had a small deck with a flower box. It was all do very well done. And a huge breakfast buffet.”
