Room was very clean and also the interior was clean. However the hotel would need some refurbishment, as the furniture looks run down already. The stuff was polite and helpful except the waiters. That is a shame and I have never met such unprofessionalism ever. The pool was really big and warm. Sauna/SPA great. Library and fitness was also very usable.

A wonderful stay. Very nice hotel and service. Everything was excellent - rooms, service, pool/spa, breakfast, location, tennis courts - except for dinner service which held a surprisingly low standard compared to our impression of the stay as a whole.

Das Zimmer war ranzig, wurde uns aber als das beste verkauft, abgenutzte Bettenseiten, und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service begnügte sich jedesmal mit den Worten, ich bin neu hier und kann ihnen nicht helfen, das Frühstück bestand aus Zutaten, welche am Vorabend wohl schon rausgestellt wurden, leider habe ich davon keine Fotos gemacht. Das schärfste aber war, wir durften nicht ins Restaurant zum Abendessen a la carte, wahrscheinlich gab es das. Gar nix, uns wurde gesagt es gibt keinen Platz mehr und ich könne wohl keine Halbpension nachbestellen. Komisch, aber zum Frühstück waren wieder genug Plätze verfügbar. Ich hab mich auch die ganze Zeit gefragt, wie man an die 4 Sterne plus gekommen ist, bzw. An die gault millau Auszeichnung? Ich hab bessere 3 Sterne Hotels erlebt als sowas.

Überforderte Rezeptionist

Wir waren zwei Kollegen auf eine Motorradtour. Um die Kosten zu teilen, buchten wir ein gemeinsames Zimmer, da aber keine mit zwei einzelbeten gab, reservierten wir die mit ein Doppelbett, dass aber für bis zu vier Personen Platz haben soll, Nach eine lange Fahrt in das Hotel angekommen sagte uns der Rezeptionist, dass das Zimmer nur einen Doppelbett hat und keine extrabeten hat. Er beharrte auf die Meldung, die er hatte und war nicht Lösungsorientiert. Im Zimmer angekommen entdeckten wir ein Ausziehe Sofa, den wir selbst auszogen. Ich fragte an der Reception für Bettwäsche, um das Sofa zu beziehen und der Rezeptionist meinte, dass momentan niemand von Housekeeping im Hause sei. Nach paar Stunden kamen wir aus dem Nachtessen zurück und trafen wir Zwei hilfsbereite Housekeeping Damen an dem Floor die von diesem Auftrag nichts wüsten. Die aber uns halfen und das Bettsofa bezogen.

Virkelig imødekommende personale, meget personlig service og engagement! Hotel er “klassisk” kurhotel, stort og med styr på tingene! OBS på at man gerne må have hund med, og der er gulvtæpper også på værelset. Bus til vandreture kører lige foran hotel!

Skønt og familievenligt hotel.

Virkelig skønt hotel med masser af plads på værelset, gode faciliteter og lækker morgenmad. Vi rejste en familie på 4 med to børn på 4 og 6 år, og der var en skøn legeplads, tennisbaner og swimmingpool i flotte omgivelser.

Gehobenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und sehr nettem Personal. Große saubere Zimmer mit modernen Bad, Wellnesbereich mit einem sehr großem Pool, Liegen und Spa-Bereich. Seperater Fahrradraum, der mit Zimmerkarte aufgeschlossen werden kann. Für Alpe-Adria-Radfahrer gerade nach der sehr steilen Etappe sehr zu empfehlen.

Posto incantevole dove potersi riposare e rigenerare. Hotel ottimo sia come posizione sia per la qualità dei servizi offerti. Personale alla reception gentilissimo e preparato. Camera grande con salottino, armadi con tanto spazio, frigo e TV. Bagno con doccia grande e con tutti gli accessori di qualità, compreso accappatoi e ciabatte. Piscina interna ben tenuta. Il personale è tutto accogliente e gentile, ma una menzione particolare va ai ragazzi italiani del ristorante, Filippo in cucina, Kamilla ed Alessia in sala e al super Claudio che per tutta la nostra permanenza è stato prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti su come muoversi sul territorio, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste alimentari, cordiale, gentile e professional. Lecker Essen - Gut Schlafen - Sport zum Ausgleich

Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral in Bad Gastein. Dafür hat es eine ruhige Lage, wo man gut schlafen kann. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist recht umfangreich. Das Abendessen - 3-Gang-Menü- absolut Klasse. Im Fitnessbereich hatte ich nur den Pool benutzt - sehr angenehm.
