Nice stay during summer

We had a super stay at the Narzissen. Very large rooms, fantastic view to the mountains, friendly staff, good restaurant and service. The textile-free sauna area and out-door pool area was very nice.

Spa facilities in a natural setting and very nice rooms. Restaurant was ok but very overpriced- since the location is somewhat isolated it felt like being held hostage for meals. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Service needs improvement

2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Its OK great location, Spa is excellent. I just don't get a friendly feel its a bit sterile. I went onto Garmish and within seconds i felt welcome, every member of the team smiling and being really welcoming and happy to help and offer advice. I didn't feel this at this hotel. Feedback would be to focus on customer service and interaction.

Der nächste Thermenaufenthalt ist wieder dort. Leider keine eigenen Liegeplätze für Hotelgäste. Sauna alles perfekt und ausreichend Platz. Restaurant, Service usw perfekt. Gelungener Aufenthalt.

Angenehmes Ambiente inmitten herrlicher Natur

Solo-Erholungsurlaub. Das Gesamtpaket war in Ordnung - das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss erlaubte das Hinausgehen auf die Wiese = sehr angenehm! Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist sehr ansprechend. Ob es jedem gefällt, dass das Bad zum Zimmer mit einer Glaswand abgetrennt ist, ist zu hinterfragen... Unangenehm war die ständig laufende Absaugung im Bad, sobald das Licht angemacht wurde!

Die Anlage ist neu und sehr gute Wellnessangebote und genug Platz, das Personal im Wellnessbereich war sehr sehr nett und ich möchte den "Ausgießer" Florian sehr loben, er war sehr lustig und sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat den Aufguss zu einem Erlebnis gemacht

Insgesamt ganz ok

Wir fanden es ok aber für den Preis hätten wir uns etwas mehr Ambiente und etwas weniger Hallenbadcharakter erwartet. Die Becken waren für unseren Geschmack auch etwas kühl.

Top Hotel, Leistung des Personals ausbaufähig!

Das Hotel ist super, schöne komfortable große Zimmer. Leider wirkt das Personal überfordert oder ist nicht gut geschult. Sowohl im Bar, Restaurant und an der Rezeption! Schade!

Nice hotel with great scenery and pool

The hotel is located about 20min away from Hallstatt. The scenery of this hotel is really nice and spacious. Room size is very generous. The hotel service was good. The pool for this hotel is really nice and big with indoor and outdoor pool.

Nettes Hotel zum Entspannen.

Schöne Hotelanlage. Große helle Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Saubereres und ansprechendes Ambiente. Essen im Hotel ebenso ansprechend. Thermenbereich klein aber fein, und nicht zu überrannt. Alles in allem ein schönes Wochenende verbracht. Kommen gerne wieder.
