The Sugarland Hotel is not a new place but my husband and I enjoyed staying there very much. The rooms and hotel itself have been maintained well and are very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to order a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast was good and we were able to order eggs whatever way we liked them. Shampoo and body wash as well as bar soap are provided in the bathrooms. Internet, using room hotspot functioned well.

Love Sugarland for their food. Don’t care much about the location (far from Downtown) but good, comfortable room for the price. Very courteous and efficient staff!

Pleasantly Surprised

Booked this hotel because most hotels were already booked for the night and this was the best option. We are so happy that we did! The staff is so professional and very nice. Dinner in the restaurant was very delicious. We were pleasantly surprised upon check-in that the breakfast buffet was included in the overnight price. Nice breakfast too. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel needs a renovation. Aircon is functioning well but there was a slight noise when the aircon is ON. But hotel is accessible to public places and is pretty decent. You should improve on breakfast. 2 days and food is a bit too salty. No bidet in the toilet. Shower head is probably clogged a bit so water flow is a bit restricted.

Booked the room for a dear friend & his family for New Year's Eve. Upon check-in my friend encountered a mouse in the room that he had to exterminate!!! The New Year's Eve buffet was overpriced for what was offered & the food was sub par. Will not book here again.
