This is by far the best hotel in Bacolod City! It is situated next to the sm mall with a private entrance near the elevators. There are lots of places to eat, easy access to atms, supermarket, pharmacy, and taxis. The breakfast buffet is a must! And the staff is very helpful with any needs to make your stay better. Also, the bar/ cafe known as dash is open 24/7. The room is spacious, clean with a mini fridge. The bathroom is very modern and up to date with clean towels daily. Love the pool too!

We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year.

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is connected to SM City Bacolod North Wing. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft, lacked support, and caused neck pain. I personally would prefer a firmer pillow.
