The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is connected to SM City Bacolod North Wing. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft, lacked support, and caused neck pain. I personally would prefer a firmer pillow.

The Arima breakfast buffet staff… they are awesome!!! Especially the chef(Chef James) who cooked the special local delicacy that can only be found in my hometown… Shayne, who was doing OJT without salary but was working hard to gain experience. Also, the area was so convenient bec the shopping mall is just adjacent to the hotel…the rest of the staff like the reception and the staff who cleaned our room were all awesome…
