Ma note passable n'a rien Ă  voir avec l'hĂŽtel mais avec votre site hotel.com !!!!! L'hĂŽtel Ă©tait fermĂ©, vous n'avez pas pris en compte la demande de l'hĂŽtel de le notifier sur votre site ! Aussi, ils m'ont quand mĂȘme donnĂ© une chambre, mais j'Ă©tais seule dans l'hĂŽtel sans personnel, ni petit-dĂ©j/restauration.
