What a lovely little spot. The staff are lovely and kind. They build the whole thing them Selves. The only downfall was - the kayaks not having a proper storage area so guests just pile them up on the small narrow dock- and the lounge furniture no longer has covering - just the wooden loungers which are not comfortable nor what they show in their pictures. A small detail.… we were in the first cabin - right on the lagoon - so not connected to the others cabins. Which was lovely. Definitely worth it.

Nice place with a beautiful location. I loved the hammock and the view. The breakfast you order the night before and they get it from a restaurant in the city. It is really good. I missed having a similar option for lunch, as it is fairly secluded with very limited restaurant options close by. It is a bit outside of the city, so it costs 80-100 pesos with a taxi to go the city. It would have been great to have received information beforehand about the lagoon being rocky, so I could have brought swimming shoes. Also, the stairs for going into the water are really slippery. Would be nice if something could be done about that. Overall, a really nice play. I think I might need a hammock at home…

The hotel “accidentally” charged my card for someone else’s stay in the amount of $600.00, still trying to receive my refund. We had to keep asking and messaging for towels and waters. Our room was not cleaned until after 5 p.m. the hotel is not walking distance from the town area. I did not enjoy this stay and will not book here again

La cabaña al ingresar esta en muy buenas condiciones, sin embargo tiene un aroma peculiar a sucio en especial el baño es probable que solo me tocara a mi, la vista es espectacular y por eso vale la pena el costo de la habitación pero si tienen muchos aspectos a mejorar, la atención es una de ellas y la limpieza de utensilios Cómo la cafetera y el baño con un aromatizante tal vez sea suficiente. Las cobijas olían igual un poco mal y se sentían muy viejas en relación a lo que se cobra no me pareció. Tal vez puedan encontrar una mejor opción y visiten bacalar es hermoso.

Las áreas limpias y el personal bastante amables todos. El desayuno limitado y lo tienes que comer en tu habitación o en el area común frente a la laguna lo que es espectacular pero muy pequeña, tiene espacio solo para 2 camastros y 2 sillas.
