Can't be beat!

From the start, we had a very easy and informative check in process. We were shown to our well appointed, clean room which is situated around a gorgeous pool/courtyard area. The breakfast included is absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed a drink made with care at the bar on site. Location, grounds, and service were top notch! I would happily return!

I’m a US citizen with a Mexican Permanente Status and while here in Quintana Roo I take side trips frequently to Bacalar and we had the most accommodating staff at the Blue Palm. I would highly recommend this resort and this is one I’ll stay at again. The absolute best breakfast in any resort in Bacalar. Sincerely JN lives in Akumal

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights for our first time visiting Bacalar and the place was wonderful. The owners are amazing and helpful as well as the staff. Everything they do here is so thoughtful. The food at the on site restaurant Mistura is amazing a d they have some many options. The included breakfast is also top notch and we tried something new everyday. They also have free bikes so it made getting around to everything so easy. Centro is just a short 5 minute bike away. We really loved the location and pool. The room was also spacious and clean. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel. The most lovely and helpful staff who cannot do enough for you (had coffee delivered to my room at 4am when they found out I was having to work UK time zone). Great location, great breakfast - just stay here!

An amazing piece of paradise!

We had an amazing stay at the Blue Palm Bacalar! The grounds are stunning, with landscaping worthy of a botanical garden. The restaurant food is simply amazing. So delicious and beautifully served. The owners and all staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

This is an amazing boutique hotel that surprised us both when we arrived mid day. It is beautiful and although at first we thought the area was "iffy" that turned out to be absolutely wrong. Very safe, easy to walk to many dining areas and the main town square. The pool, hammocks, deck beds are all amazing. The landscaping on the hotel grounds is fantastic! The staff are wonderful. The girl at the front desk organized a massage company to come to the hotel. She also arranged a boat tour of the Bacalar Lagoon. I would love to stay here again!

A gem of a hotel - Home away from Home.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay. The room was large, the bed extremely comfortable, and the morning included breakfast was fantastic. The pool is good for a dip and for relaxing in the hammocks after a long day at the lagoons. The hotel staff at the reception, the restaurant and housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel setting is very tropical and holiday like.The owners (Sam and Juan - originally from Atlanta, Georgia) are there pretty much 24x7 ensuring your stay is nothing less than perfect. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay heavenly.

We spent a relaxing weekend at this property. The rooms were spacious and clean as well as the pool was relaxing and refreshing. The included breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from on the menu. We especially loved how close everything was including many restaurants and the Eco Park that we could just walk to instead of going in the car. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely Hotel! We stayed for 2 nights at this small, cozy, and nice hotel and it was the right choice. The staff was super friendly, we met other guests in the restaurant and they shared us also their positive feeling about the hotel. The food was good, especially the drinks. I would like to thank the two ladies in the reception for their kindness and attention. Definitely a great place to stay in Bacalar, we felt we spent the best two nights in Yucatan there 💚

The staff was the highlight of our stay at this hotel. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. If you stay here you have to try the food at the hotel’s restaurant, everything was delicious!! But I personally recommend the Ceviche. Breakfast is included and although the options you have are limited everything is tasty. They have bikes that you can use for free. The town is very safe. We had a wonderful time here. The Hotel is perfectly located. Can’t wait to go back and stay more than just two days.
