This hotel was pleasant. Far out of town and transport in Bacalar is limited which makes it tricky at times. Service was average (didn’t get shown room or ammenities etc). Ok for price

Me dijeron que las obras de al lado empezaban a las 7.30 de la mañana, que la piscina era muy pequeña y daba directamente a las habitaciones de abajo, por lo que no era muy buena, y que la vista desde su ventana daba directamente a una valla y a la casa de los vecinos. Tuvieron un problema con el agua que se solucionó y después tuvimos que volver a abrir la bomba ayer sobre las 11 de la noche y volvimos a preguntar al hotel por qué no tenían agua. Se quejaron de que tampoco había secador y de que la ruta para llegar era un camino de tierra con muchas piedras.

Muy serviciales pero sin la capacidad de atender a mas personas No tienen terminal bancaria por lo que solo puedes pagar en efectivo o transferencia La entrada es feita. Mi carro sufrio .... Pero ya adentro del lugar esta bien

El hotel es lindo, las habitaciones dobles son camas matrimoniales q se me hicieron muy justas para 2 adultos y 2 niños, creo que deberían ser tamaño Queen. La calle de acceso no está pavimentada y nos ensuciamos mucho los zapatos y maletas en la tierra mojada, muy solo al rededor, no cuenta con estacionamiento.
