Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer was just water or tea ( they said it will be a long wait for coffee around noon while I came to breakfast at 7:45am). To sum up, they did not serve what they said due to busy season and I think it is just because they are scam. Not recommended to anyone.

Tôi vừa đi du lịch cùng người thương, khách sạn đẹp và tinh tế khiến mình thấy rất an yên, dịch vụ chu đáo nhẹ nhàng tạo cảm giác được chăm sóc tận tâm, nhà hàng nhiều món ngon hấp dẫn và phục vụ nhanh, khí hậu biển mát lành dễ chịu làm cho cả chuyến đi thêm trọn vẹn và lãng mạn.
