“ J’ai passé un excellent séjour au The Up Hotel Phu Quoc. L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et moderne. La chambre était confortable, silencieuse et parfaitement nettoyée chaque jour. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. L’emplacement est pratique, proche de la plage, des cafés et des restaurants. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable et sans souci à Phu Quoc. ”

“Toppen personal som verkligen vill underhålla barnen, tyvärr är inte personalen några hotell människor men dem försöker så gott dem kan. Tyvärr badade vi inte bada i poolen då det saknas cirkulationspump, men den försöker städa den så mycket som möjligt.”

“Stayed here for two nights and it was amazing! The room was huge! And the pool was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering us trip ideas/tourist attractions if wanted. The gentleman at check in was awesome by making jokes and overall a great person to meet. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and along the way you have everything you could want from pharmacies, convenience stores and amazing restaurants and cafes right on the street from the hotel. Absolutely...
