Çok memnun kaldık

Otel tertemizdi, insanlar oldukça canayakın, yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Oda olanakları son derece yeterli, çok memnun kaldık. Cunda’ya her geldiğimizde kesinlikle Parna’yı tercih edeceğiz. Ayrıca konumu çok iyi ve merkeze yakın.

Otel genel olarak temiz ve güzel ancak en üst kattaki odada konakladım ve sıcak su gelmedi. Neyse ki 1 gece kaldım, soruna çözüm bulamadılar maalesef.

Oda bilgileri güncellenmeli

Tuttuğumuz oda sisteme ‘koy manzaralı’ oda tipi olarak girilmişti, bize verilen oda ise otel girişindeki kumluk otopark alana bakıyordu ve görseline bakarak seçtiğimiz odadan daha küçük ve karanlıktı. (Görsele bakarak değil, oteli arayarak seçeceğiniz odayı teyit edin.) Otele girişimiz bu yüzden tatsız oldu, işletme yetkilileri problemin kendilerinden değil Expedia’nın sisteme yanlış bilgi girmesinden kaynaklandığını öne sürdü, problem çözülmedi. 2 günlük tatilimizde keyfimizi kaçırıp zaman kaybetmemek için ödediğimiz bedelin ve seçimimizin karşılığı bu oda olmasa da yerleştik. Otelin diğer müşterilerini de mağdur etmemek için online satış bilgilerini ve oda görsellerini güncellemesi gerekiyor. Bu durum dışında, otel tertemiz, çalışanlar kibar ve güleryüzlü, kahvaltısı oldukça zengin. Küçük ama zevkli detaylarla tasarlanmış bir otel. Ada Kamping’in plajında oda sayısı kadar şemsiye ayırtılmış. Arabayla yol yaklaşık 15 dk. sürüyor, sakin ve denizi temiz bir plaj. Otel restoranlar bölgesine 5 dk. yürüme mesafesi, insan kalabalığından ve gürültüden uzak olması güzel.

Beklentilerinizi tam olarak karşılayabilecek bir butik otel.Kendinizi evinizde hissedebileceğiniz kadar huzurlu bir yer. Öncelikle otel sahipleri Mine Hanım ve Galip Bey olmak üzere tüm personel son derece güleryüzü ve ilgili.Sabah kahvaltısı son derece zengin. Otelin Cunda merkeze 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde olması ve Cunda’nın en iyi plajlarından birisi ile anlaşmasının olması en önemli artılarından. +12 yaş uygulaması olan otelde sessiz sakin bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz. Bir sonraki konaklamamızda tercihimiz yine Parna Otel olacak.

Cosy place with amazing crew

Wonderful people working with only one goal: to make you happy. Both rooms and common places were very clean, breakfast was delicious and the hotel is only at walking distance to everywhere but also in a quiet and peaceful place. Thanks for adding value to our trip and see you next time:)

Pandemi Sürecinde 2 Gün Kaçamak :)

Otelin çalışanlarının güler yüzlülüğü , masafirperliği çok hoşumuza gitti.Otel tam anlamıyla butik otel.Ama bir o kadar da butik otelden fazlası.Odanızda her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşıyacak kişisel bakım malzemeleri bulunmakta,kahvaltılık ürünlerin çeşitliliği göz doldurucu ve oldukça temiz bir otel.Havuzu serinlemenizi sağlıyor.Benim kendi adıma en sevdiği özelliği ise deniz kenarında kendine özel anlaşmaları olmasıydı.Anlaştıkları camping yerinin yemekleri harika ve ortamı gayet güzel.Kötü olarak nitelendirebileceğim şeyler ise, alt odaların basıklığı ve odalardaki sarkıt avizelerin çok uzun oluşu.(kafanızı sürekli çarpaniliyorsunuz :)) Onun haricinde tekrardan gitsem gözüm kapalı seçeceğim bir otel.Konumuyla ve olanaklarıyla bizim beklentilerimizi karşıladı.
